Supervisors can access the report in ‘one click’, with no need to create a Moodle account of their own to complete and submit the report totally online. Enrolment Form

 

Collecting and entering compliant enrolment information can be one of the most time consuming and costly components for RTOs when administering training and assessment in the Vocational Training and Education sector. This unique web based enrolment form can be incorporated as part of your course flow in Moodle, and not ‘bolted on’ to an external site, where you are constrained to the questions stipulated by a third party vendor.

You can use one enrolment form for all courses, or add additional questions if you require customised enrolment forms for different types of courses you offer. The Enrolment Form premium plugin is AVETMISS compliant, fully customisable and can be configured to link directly to your Customer Management System (CMS), removing manual handling and data entry.

Learning Plan

The Learning Plan allows for courses to be structured in a set order, which removes the need for monitoring of progression and manual intervention to assign new courses at specific milestones. This plugin is extremely useful when your course has a pre-requisite unit which mandates that a certain order of course and/or unit completion must be followed. Learners can monitor their progress from a Learning Plan block and access learning activities directly from their Learning Plan.
