School Student Enrolment Request

This form is for schools that are currently subscribed to the ‘We Are Food Safe’ subscription program to enrol students for the course. Should your students require NSW FSS Certificates, these will be charged seperately (as below), as will printed display certificates or offline course reference manuals. Additional materials will be invoiced and may be paid by EFT or Credit Card (as per your preferred method of payment).

After receipt of this form, we will process your order promptly (during business hours), your students will be emailed their login details within 24 hours.

NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificates are required for:*
If your student intends to operate as a Food Safety Supervisor in NSW, they will require this additional certificate from the NSW Food Authority. Our price includes government charges ($30) and a postage and handling fee ($5).
Printed Display Certificates (Mailed) are required for:*
The student will receive an electronic copy of their Statement of Attainment when they finish their course, which can be printed and used immediately. If required, we can optionally mail a premium hard copy display certificate at a small additional cost (printing, handling and postage Australia-wide included in the cost).
Offline Course Reference Manuals Required For:*
We can provide an optional offline reference manual for each student in either PDF or PDF + Printed Manual format.
