You may be looking to complete this course and become a Food Safety Supervisor in NSW if you have already completed an accredited Level 1 Food Handling certificate. As part of your enrollment requirements, you will be required to provide us with a certified copy of your certificate for the unit ‘SITXFSA101 – Use hygienic practices for food safety’ or more current unit, ‘SITXFSA001 – Use hygienic practices for food safety’ . There is a NSW government requirement that you must have completed the Level 1 course with a NSW approved provider within the last 5 years.
